Build Stronger, More Connected Relationships
Whether You're Rebuilding Trust, Navigating Conflict, or Growing Together, You Don’t Have to Do It Alone
Every relationship faces challenges. Whether you’re feeling distant from your partner, struggling to communicate, healing from betrayal, or navigating a major life transition—couples therapy offers a safe space to slow down, listen, and reconnect.
With years of experience working with hundreds of couples, I’ve developed a unique, structured approach that supports healing, accountability, and deeper connection. My work is rooted in empathy and personalized to each couple’s needs—because no two relationships are the same.
What to Expect in Couples Counseling
In our sessions, I’ll guide both partners in expressing their thoughts and needs clearly and safely. We’ll explore what’s no longer working, identify patterns that cause harm or disconnection, and create new agreements to support the relationship you both want to build.
You’ll also receive guided exercises to practice at home—tools that help maintain progress and deepen intimacy outside of therapy.
My approach draws from:
Imago Relationship Therapy – to explore childhood patterns and unmet needs
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) – to repair attachment wounds and strengthen emotional bonds
Family Systems Therapy – to understand how past dynamics shape current ones
EMDR Therapy – especially helpful in rebuilding trust after betrayal or trauma
Whether you’re in a new relationship, a long-term partnership, or healing after an affair or non-monogamous experience—I’ll meet you both right where you are.
And if your journey together is coming to a close, I can help support a peaceful, respectful separation.

You Deserve Support That Honors Your Unique Connection
Couples counseling isn’t about pointing fingers or assigning blame. It’s about building understanding, restoring trust, and learning to move forward—together or apart—with more clarity and compassion.

FAQs About Couples Counseling
Do you work with LGBTQIA+ couples?
Absolutely. All couples are welcome here. I provide a supportive, affirming space for LGBTQIA+ and non-traditional partnerships—including polyamorous relationships and those exploring open or non-monogamous dynamics. I respect your values and your unique relationship goals.
What kinds of issues can couples counseling help with?
Couples therapy can help with a wide range of concerns, including:
Communication difficulties
Conflict resolution
Rebuilding trust after infidelity or betrayal
Navigating non-monogamy
Parenting and family stress
Life transitions (moving, career changes, new baby, etc.)
Emotional distance or disconnection
Sexual intimacy concerns
Deciding whether to stay together or separate peacefully
Will you take sides in sessions?
No. My role is to support the relationship, not one partner over the other. I create a safe, neutral space where both people feel heard, understood, and supported in their growth.
Can we come to therapy even if we’re not sure we want to stay together?
Yes. Therapy can be a helpful space to explore what’s next for your relationship—whether that means rebuilding your connection or parting ways with clarity and mutual respect. I’ll walk with you through either path.
How long will we need to be in couples therapy?
Every couple is different. Some begin to notice shifts in just a few sessions, while others choose to stay in therapy longer for ongoing support. We’ll regularly check in about progress and goals so that therapy continues to feel purposeful and helpful.
What if one of us is unsure about coming to therapy?
It’s totally normal for one partner to feel hesitant. We’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for both of you, and I’ll ensure the process feels respectful and non-threatening. Often, just starting the conversation in a safe space is the first step toward healing.
