Fees and Insurance

Invest in your healing. Your peace of mind is worth it.

I know that starting therapy is both an emotional and financial commitment. My goal is to make the process as transparent and supportive as possible so you can focus on what really matters—your healing.

Session Rates

  • Initial Evaluation (60 minutes): $160

  • Follow-Up Therapy Session (50 minutes): $130

  • Extended Session (80 minutes, recommended for couples): $180

Longer sessions can also be helpful for clients doing EMDR, processing trauma, or navigating complex life transitions.

Insurance Plans Accepted

I currently accept the following insurance providers:

  • Aetna

  • Anthem

  • Behavioral Health Systems

  • Blue Care Network

  • BlueCross and BlueShield

  • Coresource

  • Great-West

  • Health Net

  • MedCost

  • Multiplan

  • PacifiCare

  • PacificSource

  • Primary Physicians Care

  • TRICARE

  • United Healthcare

If your insurance provider is listed, I’m happy to help you verify your coverage before we get started.

Out-of-Network Clients

If your insurance plan is not listed, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) you can submit to your insurance company. Many PPO plans offer partial reimbursement for therapy sessions.

Sliding Scale Options

I believe therapy should be accessible. If you're facing financial hardship, I offer limited sliding scale spots based on income and need. Let’s talk about what feels doable for you.

Payment Methods

I accept the following forms of payment:

  • Visa / Mastercard

  • Cash / Check

  • PayPal

  • HSA (Health Savings Account)

  • FSA (Flexible Spending Account)

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
